Almost 2 months of unanswered calls and emails only to be told today via email from intelius customer service to "*** IN A SHOE". I asked why he was so rude and was then told "THAT IS WHAT IN OUR MANUAL. Yup, no joke, copies of the email will be mailed, emailed and faxed to anyone important I can find in that company. I am just shocked!

I believe INTELIUS is a SCAM company . They tell you it will only cost a couple of dollars and you end up with 3 or 4 charges on your account with outrageous demands. Then, I read their reviews and they have a 2.8 out of 5 stars. A lot of complaints. The BBB should put a stop the them. The most incompetent company ever.
